This website is hosted by GoDaddy Inc. and is secured with Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS) software. If submitted, all messages/email addresses sent through the website are securely encrypted before they reach us.

All payments are taken securely for hire deposits/payments etc through whichever source you choose to use (Paypal, Squareup, Lloyd's Banking Group etc) who use the highest end-to-end encryption to ensure your  information is kept safe (We accept card/contactless payments via Squareup, can take standard Paypal payments, or process BACS through Lloyd's/Bank of Scotland). Please be sure to check the privacy policy of  any third party websites/service providers if you have concerns about  how they process your information.

Who has access to your information?

- We will never sell or rent your information to third parties.

- We will never share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

In summary; The only information we will hold for customers/clients will be a name, company details, telephone number, email address, payments received/oustanding (amounts only, not payment methods etc)  and a delivery address. The preferred method for us to contact you will  be via email, we will not send spam or any other form of advertising to  you. Emails will only concern commissions/orders, invoicing/payments or  updates to ongoing projects.

Information we hold for our crew and production partners will include the same details as customers/clients but may also include  work pictures, previous experience or other information relevant to  securing potential work opportunities for the crew member.

Crew Member's information held by us will only be shared with productions hiring if  we have written corfirmation (by email etc). If you have filled out one  of our Crew Sheets, a hard copy will be held in our office.

If you have any concerns not  mentioned pertaining to your information and how it is stored/used  please get in touch via any of our contact details and we will do our  utmost to be of help.

If you do not wish to be contacted by us or would prefer that we not hold any of your information please submit in writing (to our email or postal address)  your request for us to delete/destroy any records we hold containing  your personal details. We will send back a confirmation that we have  received your request and have actioned it to your  satisfaction.
